Campaign". Several of these factors include the product or service
being offered, how they are presented, and the options you provide people
with regard to order fulfillment or gathering additional information. The
service we provide is to send your "Opt-in Email Message" to a
requested number of individuals from our opt-in email database. As with
newspapers, magazines, radio and television, our service is to deliver
your "Email Message" regarding your product or service.
EmailMaestro.com has no way to guarantee a particular result or response
ratio. By placing your order with us, you acknowledge this disclaimer of
warranties or other representations. Irregardless of the success or
failure of your "Email Campaign," no refunds or credits
will be granted. EmailMaestro.com makes NO GUARANTEES!

REFUND
POLICY
A
credit for future mailings, not a cash refund, will be granted if our
services have not been provided for any reason. All hold or
cancellation orders must be sent to EmailMaestro.com via email no later
than 72 hours before the contracted "Email Campaign" is to be
sent. Cancellation or hold orders not received by EmailMaestro.com at
least 72 hours before the scheduled fulfillment date will result in the
client receiving only a 50 percent credit of their payment towards future
mailings. If this or any other credit is not used by the original
purchaser, within one year, the credit will be forfeited without
exception.
