Elyse M. McGuire
received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Science from the State University of New York at
Buffalo in 1989. She completed her Juris Doctorate at the Detroit College of Law in 1994. In law school, she supplemented her education by performing complex research on civil and criminal litigation at Detroit law firms. Mrs. McGuire is licensed to practice law in Florida. Her affiliations
include the Clearwater Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Supreme Court of the State of Florida.
